- All equipment is warranted for free during the warranty period.
- New goods purchased within 07 working days will be exchanged for new goods immediately if the inspection is damaged due to manufacturer's fault. In the absence of new goods to exchange, the agreement will be changed to another new item of equivalent value or will refund the exact amount that you purchased. Note: Not applicable to equipment with wear and tear nature, devices that are cut off, broken, lost their packaging or are scratched or dirty.
- In case the goods have been purchased over a 7 day period, they will be received back for warranty (repair). If repair is not possible, we will replace another equivalent product and this product is not necessarily 100% new.
- Time to resolve warranty from 3-7 days from the date of receipt (except Sundays and public holidays) and depending on the case can be resolved sooner or later.
- For equipment that cannot be repaired but this equipment is out of stock because it is no longer manufactured or is no longer circulating in the market. You must wait for the Distributor to exchange for another item of equal or higher value and to compensate according to the agreement of the market price. The warranty period for the replaced product will continue, not from the beginning.
Notes: All Fiberglass Products are made to order and are non-returnable except for factory error or warranty issues.
